Booking
The full amount is payable at the time of booking. Your place is secure on full payment. All booking forms must be completed before commencing any course. It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the instructor of any changes including medical conditions prior to commencing any of the courses at each class.
*Due to Covid-19 and the Governments restrictions on attendee numbers within venues, the fee payable for a 4 week course is for one adult with one baby (where applicable), we now have to charge per adult attending. As soon as number restrictions are lifted we will return to our policy of one price per family, inclusive of multiple births.
Covid-19
We will run our courses to Government guidelines. In the event we have to stop our face to face classes due to Covid-19 we will offer an online alternative or the client may wait for classes to resume.
Please do not attend a class if you or a member of your family show signs or symptoms of Coronavirus. Remain at home & seek medical advice. Please advise your Instructor.
Please do not attend if you or a member of your family has been self-isolating due to contact with Covid-19. You can return to classes once your isolation period is over.
Please note we are at present unable to offer catch-up classes due to Government restrictions on numbers for social distancing. If we have a place available on a later course you will be offered an opportunity to catch-up on your missed class(es). Although there is no guarantee there will be availability.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. Cancellation of the course outside of 14 days will receive a full refund minus £5.00 administration fees.
The baby tree reserves the right to cancel/suspend a course/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by The baby tree a full refund will be given. Our liability for any such cancellation shall be limited to the payment credit made and we shall not be liable for any losses of any kind incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. The credit will be made within 14 days of the date on which we agree that you are to be credited to your payment method.
We may offer an alternative course or venue.
Missed Classes
We understand that on occasion a class maybe missed. We are under no obligation to refund for missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. We will offer an alternative class for you to catch up.
Absence Due To Illness
Please do not attend classes if you are showing signs of upset stomach with diarrhoea or sickness, contagious disease any other member of your family is showing signs of sickness.
Refunds/discounts are not given for classes missed due to illness. We will always arrange for you to join us on the next available course with spaces to catch up on any missed sessions.
Safety
This is of paramount concern at all times. However we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur whilst attending our classes.
You are bound to disclose any information regarding yours & your baby's health relevant to the practise of the class you are attending.
You are responsible for all applications of skills you may practise outside the classes both now & in the future.
